Easy to use, I can notice a change right away after using it and I keep holding my back straight for a few hours afterwards. It will take some training to permanently correct the posture but it's worth it!
I love this stick! It is lightweight, easy to carry after you fold it. And it comes with foam for comfort to prevent arms soreness! ☺??
Comes already assembled. To start using it, just turn the rod to create a cross, easy. Very useful for stretching and posture correction. I would recommend
Good idea behind this thing. It’s easy to use and you can also use it for other back stretching exercises. It does help with pain and posture. Recommended!
I love this little tool!! It's helping my back pain a lot. It's too early to see if it'll help with correcting my posture, but so far, so good!
