I have a bad habit of stress eating.... As you can imagine, it's impossible to lose weight with this habit... At least I used to think so! The book explains clearly and concisely how fasting affects your metabolism, your sense of hunger, your blood sugar and your brain. I have been using it for a fortnight now and have already lost 3kg! It can be difficult at times, but the book also has tips on what to do when you're ready to give up. All in all, the book is great, I recommend it to everyone, especially those who are stressed out!

I've tried a million diets and I've always fallen off or seen no results. I have to be honest, with this book I almost gave up too. Everyone in the reviews wrote about results in a month, and I stayed at the same weight for 1.5 months. By the end of the second month I started to see progress and decided to keep going! So, rule number 1 - don't give up! I'm still a long way from my dream body, but the results are already evident (the photo shows the changes in 4 months). I shared the book with my girlfriends and now we are all losing weight together by the summer of 2023 ahah.

I'm 25, it's been 1.5 months since I read the book and you can see the result in the photo. In the description they say you can lose weight without the gym, but I've been working out anyway. I continued to eat all the same foods as before, just with a new methodology. I I want to lose another 10kg. To everyone else, I wish you success! You can do this!

I love the way this book is written, everything is so clear and reasonable. It's nice to know what you're doing and what you're doing it for. I've never lasted more than two weeks on a diet, but now I've been following this guide for a month and have already lost 8kg, which is huge progress for me! I will update this review in another month.
