First and foremost, you will probably need 2 of this. I spend a lot of time on my computer and after a while my back started hurting. I initially bought one and i noticed my body was tilting resting on the elbow with the armrest. So i ordered a second, now i can rest my back on my chair and both elbows and arms fully rest on it. My back and body no longer hurts. Fantastic!!
