CanadaLove this!! I'm working from home during Covid-19 on a folding table. The table is a little over 1" thick and I had no problem attaching this. It's not something that you want to put full body weight on but is great for it's intended purposes.

CanadaFirst and foremost, you will probably need 2 of this. I spend a lot of time on my computer and after a while my back started hurting. I initially bought one and i noticed my body was tilting resting on the elbow with the armrest. So i ordered a second, now i can rest my back on my chair and both elbows and arms fully rest on it. My back and body no longer hurts. Fantastic!!

CanadaI ordered 2 of these and they're perfect for my small desk, turning it into a gaming station. Very easy to attach and remove, feels sturdy enough. Can be adjusted 180 degrees left and right according to preference, providing good support for arms / elbows.
