I love this heating pad so much. I have really bad cramps, sometimes I feel really dizzy or feel like I can't walk on the first day of my cycle. It's really hot and the heat helps with the cramps and the vibrations help with your stomach not hurting.

This thing is amazing! I was skeptical at first but, wow! What a great little device! It has a few subtle vibration patterns if you'd like to add that to the heat. I chose the steady vibrate and it helped a lot. I definitely recommend this little device!!

For me personally, heat definitely works for muscle release and pain, especially during periods. This device heats really fast. It's also very easy to unsnap and adjust belt, and I LOVE that there's a release button right on the front so you can easily put this on and off

It’s really compact and functional. It has additional straps for the belt. Helps with my menstrual cramps. I can wear it all day without discomfort.
