    So easy to use and the set has plenty of cups and different sises! The extension tube is great for putting the cups on your neck or traps by yourself. If I sleep wrong and wake up with a stiff neck, I put a cup on each side of the back of my neck and almost instantly the pain is gone. Highly recommend this set!!
