- To find the bust measurement, wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust. Make sure to keep the measuring tape horizontal. Hold securely, not tightly.

I love that the straps are adjustable, it zips from the front, AND, this can be adjusted in the back however loose or snug you want it instead of pre-determined hooks. Holds everything in, and well worth the price tag
