I absolutely love it, feels quite comfortable. I have no issues laying on this for 30 min, it is very relaxing and I fall asleep better after doing it. It's also compact and lightweight, so good for traveling

This product really works! If it's too sharp for you, wear a shirt. The first time is always uncomfortable but you need to continue to feel that relief!

I especially love the pillow from this set. This lumbar pillow is great on my back. After I lay on it for a while, my spine pops and it helps relieve my back hip pain. Recommended!

I was hesitant about ordering this item, but I figured I'd give this a try.. So glad I did! I do feel the warm sensations and muscle relief!

I use this mat to help with lower back pain. It can be a little painful. After a few minutes however, the pain goes away and warmth and relief set in.
